Includes approx. 128 lined sheets of 80G cream paper (wide ruled). Inner paper notebook can be replaced by those found in your local office supply store (approx. 6.69"w x 9.40"h x 0.59"d). Front pocket measures approx. 6"w x 9.8"h.
